Smoked Jalapeno Bacon Cheddar Queso

Smoky flavors come together in this mouth-watering dip that will be a game day favorite!

Ingredients:

•2, 4.5 oz. Heber Valley Cheese Smoked Jalapeño Bacon Cheddar, shredded
•8 oz. Food Club cream cheese, softened
•1 cup whole milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)
•1 tbsp Food Club butter
•1 tbsp all-purpose flour
•1/2 cup diced fire-roasted tomatoes
•1/4 cup diced green chilies
•4 slices thick-cut smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
•1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced
•1 tsp smoked paprika
•1/2 tsp garlic powder
•Salt & pepper to taste
•Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

1.In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
2.Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes until golden and nutty.
3.Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
4.Add cream cheese cubes and stir until melted.
5.Stir in shredded smoked jalapeño bacon cheddar gradually, letting it melt into a sauce.
6.Mix in the fire-roasted tomatoes, green chilies, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
7.Taste and season with salt and pepper.
8.Fold in crumbled smoked bacon for crunch and depth.
9. Keep warm in a slow cooker or insulated dip bowl
10.Top with fresh jalapeño slices and cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
