Holiday Tartlet

Easy and elegant, your holiday guests will be asking for the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
1 4.5 oz wedge Heber Valley Lavender Honey cheese
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts
Pinch of sea salt
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares or circles
- Press into mini tartlet pans or a muffin tin, prick the bottoms with a fork, and brush edges with egg wash.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and gently press down the centers.
- Add a layer of shredded Lavender cheese to each tartlet.
- Drizzle lightly with honey and sprinkle rosemary and walnuts.
- Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool slightly, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt, and serve warm.
